The emphases is squarely placed on exploration and the story, giving players control over a Hollywood actor “who heeds the call of an enigmatic director to take on the lead role in a film shot aboard an ocean liner”. Layers of Fear 2 – developed by Bloober Team SA and published by Gun Media back in May 2019 – is a somewhat creepy first-person psychological indie horror game.
